HERAE VAR PROGRAM

The HERAE Value-Added Reseller (VAR) program allows provider-supporting individuals or organizations the ability to participate in HERAE through one of four programs, designed to best fit the needs of the VAR participant. Third Party Agent/Reseller

This individual or organization would derive income by closing contracts with providers and driving customer adoption, as well as by facilitating payer enrollment. Customer support would be handled by HERAE. Billing would be handled by HERAE and the contract would be written on HERAE's paper.

Third Party Lead Generator

This individual or organization would derive income by developing leads for HERAE and HERAE would close the contracts. In some cases, signed agreements would be provided. In all cases, HERAE would be responsible for customer adoption and payer enrollment. The Lead Generator would receive an amount for each lead resulting in a signed contract.

Private Label

HERAE applications would be imbedded in another application. This VAR program is similar to the Reseller model except it allows co-branding by the Private Label entity for the HERAE offerings. Contracts and billing are directly handled by the Private Label, as is customer support.
